During the Long Night of Science, we present different insights into anthropological engagements with the situation of refugees in Berlin. Students and faculty members present results from a class project on the situation of women in refugee camps in Berlin, which was held in cooperation with the International Women’s Space, a organization of female migrants and refugees. Voices of migrated and fled women are made audible during a reading of their narrations and personal stories.

  • IWS // Voices of Refugee Women: In a reading the voices of refugee women are made audible in the university. Extracts of narrations and personal stories of migrated and fled women are presented in German, English, Arabic and Farsi.
